Dhyanyoga Centers, Inc. is a non-profit organization. We use RegFox to collect and process event registrations and payments on our behalf. Dhyanyoga Centers is the data controller for the information collected through these pages, meaning we determine how and why it is collected and used. Webconnex acts as our service provider and data processor, handling this information only as needed to provide the registration and messaging services; it does not use your information for its own marketing. When you register for an event, we collect the information needed to manage your enrollment and communicate with you about the event, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and your registration selections. Payments are processed securely through Webconnex Payments. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
Like most online services, the RegFox platform automatically collects certain technical information when you use these pages, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the dates and times of your visits. We also use basic engagement data from our email and text communications, such as whether a message was delivered, whether a link was clicked, or a reply such as STOP or HELP, to help us confirm our communications are reaching people.
We use this information only to manage your registration, process your payment, communicate event details and updates, respond to your inquiries, and run internal reports related to our events. Authorized Dhyanyoga Centers staff and volunteers access registration data through the RegFox platform for these purposes.
