Whether you want to start a meditation practice or invigorate a current one, this new Hatha Yoga for Meditators series is designed to support you throughout all of 2021. Here is an opportunity to learn from and work closely with Wes Linch, certified yoga teacher and director of Hatha Yoga at Dhyanyoga Centers.
Let’s face it, restlessness and a busy mind are pretty common for people new to meditation as well as for those who have been practicing for many years. In this series, you will practice specific yoga postures to establish a strong, comfortable seat that will allow your body and mind to settle down. And you’ll discover your own proper alignment and learn concentration techniques that will help take you deeper in the contemplative work of meditation.
In each of the four key workshop sessions, Wes will teach a yoga posture sequence to practice. In each of the months between sessions, he will host Zoom meetings so students may review poses with him and ask any questions that have come up during practice. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a teacher and really dig into the many blessings and challenges of hatha yoga postures.
Saturday workshop schedule is as follows. Interim months' meetings will be announced via email as they are scheduled. All workshops and meetings will be available as replays.

About series instructor: Wes Linch is a certified yoga teacher and Director of the Hatha Yoga program at Dhyanyoga Centers, and student of Shri Anandi Ma.
