All registration deadlines are firm. If you do not register by the final registration deadline, you will not be able to attend in person. Please make note of registration deadlines to avoid any disappointment. If your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration on time. A fee (20% of the total) will be charged for cancellations made less than one week prior to event. This fee also applies to no-shows. For those registering with a 50% deposit, the second payment will be automatically charged to your card 7 days prior to the event.
