Ayurveda Treatments
Provided during the Bhuta Shuddhi Anushthan, June 2-11
Ayurveda treatments are scheduled first-come, first-served
Ayurveda treatments are designed to purify the subtle body and thus allow a deeper and more thorough flow of the prana. Anandi Ma and Dileepji have stressed that these treatments are a key part of the bhuta shuddhi process and should not be missed.
Availability is limited and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. See information below and click the link to sign up.
EACH AYURVEDA TREATMENT SESSION INCLUDES:
Heart Marma Therapy — Each session will open with the oiling of the "five hearts," and light massage to the hands and feet in preparation for shirodhara. This gentle marma therapy is done by applying oil to the Tala Hridaya points on hands and feet as well as the heart to stabilize Prana and supports the health of the heart, lungs, circulatory system as well as the emotional body.
Shirodhara — An Ayurvedic therapy in which warmed ksheerabala oil is gently and continuously poured through a copper vessel over the entire forehead and scalp, shirodhara calms the mind, clears the senses and gives deep support to the nervous system as well as enhancing the immune system and balancing the hormonal system.
